WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?
We offer free delivery on orders over Rs.3500. For orders above Rs.3500, Rs.200 Delivery Charges apply.
WHICH COURIER ARE YOU SHIPPING THROUGH?
We ship all over Pakistan by Leopard’s Courier.
WHAT TYPE OF SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE?
We offer cash of delivery, you can also opt for Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash/SadaPay/NayaPay/Raast.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGE?
Yes we do offer returns, if the item received is faulty or damaged, please let us know immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will process the returns once proof of damage is shared and approved.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
You will receive a system generated email once you place your order along with a confirmation call within the next 2 working days of placing your order. Verbal confirmation on call is necessary for the order to be shipped.
WHICH ORDERS REQUIRE 10% ADVANCE PAYMENT?
Orders of Engraving, Calligraphy and customization require at least 10% advance payment, the rest of the amount will be on Cash on Delivery.
