Refund & Exchange Policy on Online Orders:

At Queen’s, we prioritize hygiene, quality, and customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refunds or Returns:
We do not offer cash refunds or accept returns on any products.
Please make sure you are confident in your purchase before completing your order.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are only accepted within 2 days of receiving your item, strictly due to hygiene reasons. You will have to ship back the item to us in this case and bear the courier charges. If the item you need is higher in price than the current one, your article will be sent along with remaining amount to clear the balance. If the item you need is cheaper than what you purchased, we will refund the extra amount via bank transfer.

To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be unused and in perfect condition in all its packaging.

Products showing signs of deliberate damage, bleach, or perfume exposure will not be eligible for exchange. 

Free Replacement for Tarnish-Free Products in case of any eligible issue.
If your tarnish-free chain or charms tarnish within 1 month of purchase, we offer a free replacement.
Proof of purchase and photo/video evidence may be required for verification. This is only eligible if the item has not been exposed to bleach and perfumes.

I was sent the wrong or damaged product, what next?
